Most would describe me as a mother, wife, and small business owner. But in reality, I am so much more than that. And so are you.

Religion and society may put us in boxes, but that doesn't mean we have to stay there. So let's break free from the rules and stigmas instilled in us from childhood and start experiencing the fulfilling sex we deserve.

MY STORY

The daughter of conservative, well-meaning parents, I grew up in a home where we didn't talk about sex a whole lot. Sex can be such a mystery when nobody will talk about it. As a result, I entered into sexual relationships without proper understanding of consent, pleasure or safe sex practices. I did, however, understand the concept of shame.

I spent my 20s creating a family with Mr. Sexy and getting introduced to a business educating women on sexual health products and practices. While I loved my successful career as a Christian Sex Educator, I also spent many of those years grappling with the shame from my past.

Becoming a Sex Educator helped me understand the shame I carried and then I could begin the process to let it go and embrace my authentic sexual being.

I realized the power of talking about what felt like the most shameful parts of my being. The more I could speak my story to someone I could trust, the more I could let go of the past, embrace my present and look towards my future.
